Dr. Ernst Patrick Graamans is an earnest investigator, an impassioned teacher and an empathic counselor.

Ernst graduated cum laude for both his bachelor’s (BSc) and master’s degrees (MSc) in Psychology. In 2020 he received his doctorate (PhD) at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

As an investigator Ernst bases his conclusions and advice on the best available evidence derived from scientific modes of inquiry. He has a proven track record with his work being published in both scholarly and professional journals, and several book chapters.

As a teacher he facilitates in-company programs and coordinates courses at bachelor, master and executive master level. He is frequently invited as a speaker at profit and not-for-profit organizations on the areas of cultural psychology, change management and leadership. He encourages his audiences to think differently and question taken-for-granted truths.

As a counselor he works holistically by harmonizing different types of knowledge and knowing. He was a student of Vedanta under Srila B.P. Puri Goswami (1898-1999). Ernst’s approach to psychology can best be referred to as a Psychology of Loving.
